Testing in the Lab

Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a rigorous testing process at EIE Labs. Every PCB and electronic assembly passes through multiple stages of quality control to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

Here’s a glimpse of what happens in our lab:

  • Electrical Testing: Using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and dedicated testing rigs, we check voltage levels, current draw, and signal integrity for every batch.
  • Functional Testing: We power up each unit and simulate real-world operating conditions to verify correct functionality. Whether it’s an LED driver or a control board, we make sure it performs as designed.
  • Visual Inspection: Our technicians inspect each board under bright workbench lights for soldering defects, component alignment, and PCB integrity.
  • Stress Testing (where needed): Some critical batches go through thermal and load testing to ensure durability over time.

Our goal is simple: Zero Defects, Maximum Reliability before dispatching to customers.
